The term mediator is old in Finland, but our markets are still immature. In Finland, companies make little use of the services of creative professionals. The role of a good mediator is broad between the company and the creative industry. The aim is to help the company develop in the desired direction, using the special expertise of creative professionals. This competence is not found in the training of an engineer, lawyer, doctor, management school, or hospital worker.
A creative professional is able to build a great service package together with a mediator who knows the market for his target group. The mediator able to assist in the sale, delivery, pricing and further development of the service profitably.
